We grill at 800°C, with fire, expertise, and respect for the product. Our guests experience a menu that leaves nothing to be desired: Dry Aged Johns Stone Beef-Filet, Wagyu, Spanish Black Angus, Tomahawk for 2, Old Cow -Entrecôte, and as a special highlight, the Canadian Bison Steak. And of course Surf & Turf – be it with organic prawns or free-caught lobster tails.
You sit in tonWERK in an incomparably intense atmosphere, with a million-year-old slate beneath your feet, and on buffalo leather chairs and benches. You eat at solid wood tabletops made of real walnut, listen to music from eight high-end Revox loudspeakers, and search for a selected wine in our glass wine cabinet.
