At tonWERK – 800 ° Steak & Lobster Restaurant Zurich, everything revolves around the perfect premium steak: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, full of flavor and character.
We grill at 800°C, with fire, expertise, and respect for the product. Our guests experience a menu that leaves nothing to be desired: Dry Aged Johns Stone Beef-Filet, Wagyu, Spanish Black Angus, Tomahawk for 2, Old Cow -Entrecôte, and as a special highlight, the Canadian Bison Steak. And of course Surf & Turf – be it with organic prawns or free-caught lobster tails.
